Double Lattice Twist Pattern

How to knit
Right twist: Skip 1 stitch and knit the second stitch, leave on needle; then knit the skipped stitch, slip both stitches from the needle together
Left twist: Skip 1 stitch and knit into back of second stitch, leave on needle; then knit the skipped stitch, slip both stitches from the needle together.

Pattern
Cast on a multiple of 6 sts, plus 4.
Row 1 and all WS rows: Purl
Row 2 (RS): *LT, (RT) twice; rep from * to last 4 sts, LT, RT.
Row 4: K1, LT, *RT, (LT) twice; rep from *, end K1.
Row 6: (LT) twice, *K2, (LT) twice; rep from * to end.
Row 8: K1, *(LT) twice, RT; rep from * to last 3 sts, LT, K1.
Row 10: RT, *LT, (RT) twice; rep from * to last 2 sts, LT.
Row 12: K3, *(RT) twice, K2; rep from * to last st K1.
