Lattice Cable Pattern

2/2 LC: Slip 2 sts to CN and hold in front, K2, then K2 from CN.
2/2 RC: Slip 2 sts to CN and hold in back, K2, then K2 from CN.
2/1 LPC: Slip 2 sts to CN and  hold in font, P1, then K2 from CN.
2/1 RPC: Slip 1 st to CN and hold in back, K2, then P1 from CN. 

Pattern
Cast on a multiple of 6 sts, + 2.
Preparation row: Knit 2, *Purl 4, Knit 2; rep from * to end.
Row 1 (RS): Purl 2, *2/2RC, purl 2; rep from * to end.
Row 2 (WS): Knit 2, *Purl 4,  Knit 2; rep from * to end.
Row 3: Purl 1, *2/1RPC, 2/1LPC; rep from * to last st, Purl 1.
Row 4: Knit 1, Purl 2, Knit 2, *Purl 4, Knit 2; rep from * to last 3 sts,  Purl 2, Knit 1.
Row 5: Purl 1, Knit 2, Purl 2, *2/2LC, Purl 2; rep from * to last 3 sts, Knit 2, Purl 1.
Row 6: Knit 1, Purl 2, Knit 2, *Purl 4, Knit 2; rep from * to last 3 sts,  Purl 2, Knit 1.
Row 7: Purl 1, *2/1LPC, 2/1RPC; rep from * to last st, Purl 1.
Row 8: Knit 2, *Purl 4, Knit 2; rep from * to end.
