How to knit the K1 uls.Pattern
Take the right-hand needle under the slipped threads, then pick up the next st on the left-hand needle and knit this st and the slipped threads together.
Cast on a multiple of 6 sts, +3.
Row 1 (RS): K2, *Slip 5 wyif, K1; rep from * to last st, K1.
Row 2 (WS): P2, * Slip 5 wyib, P1; rep from * to last st, P1.
Row 3: Knit.
Row 4: Purl.
Row 5: K4, *K1 uls, K5; rep from * to last 5 sts, K1 uls, K4.
Row 6: Purl.
Row 7: K1, Slip 3 wyif, K1 *Slip 5 wyif, K1; rep from * to last 4 sts, Slip 3 wyif, K1.
Row 8: P1, Slip 3 wyib, P1 *Slip 5 wyib, P1; rep from * to last 4 sts, Slip 3 wyib, P1.
Row 9: Knit.
Row 10: Purl.
Row 11: K1, * K1 uls, K5; rep from * to last 2 sts, K1 uls, K1.
Row 12: Purl.
Repeat Rows 1-12.
